At Memories Customized, our goal is to provide a hassle-free and streamlined ordering process. We understand that shipping and delivery are crucial parts of your purchasing experience, and this policy aims to give you comprehensive information on what to expect when you order from us.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We only ship within the United States.
Transit, handling, and order cut-off times in the United States:
- Transit time: 4 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Handling time: 1 to 3 working days (Monday to Friday).
- Order cut-off time: 2 PM (CST).
We use FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Ground, and other trusted couriers based on your location.
Shipping charges:
Free shipping on all orders with no minimum.
All prices and figures are listed in USD.
HANDLING TIME
Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, typically taking 1-3 business days to fulfill your order. However, it may take longer during high demand periods, peak manufacturing times, special colors, and supply chain issues.
We strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, and you may receive multiple deliveries if your order ships from various locations. Once shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information within 24 hours, so you can easily track your package(s).
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS
Memories Customized offers free shipping on all orders delivered to the lower 48 US states. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. We start processing your order for shipment as soon as we receive it.
ORDER SHIPMENT
When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please contact us at sales@memoriescutomized.com
ORDERING PROCESS
To ensure timely and efficient delivery, we provide stock availability on our website. Please review each product's stock status and ETA for accurate delivery estimates. Upon ordering, you will receive a confirmation email.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer free standard ground shipping through our partners, providing the quickest turnaround for processing and shipping. Larger items may require freight transportation; the shipping company will contact you to schedule delivery. Ensure you provide a relevant phone number at checkout. Standard freight includes free curbside delivery and liftgate service. The delivery driver will remove the item from the truck, but you are responsible for bringing it onto your property. You must be present during the delivery window to receive and sign for the item. Delivery times may vary depending on the freight company. Ensure the phone number at checkout is valid and do not screen calls until delivery is complete. The item will be placed in your driveway or curbside. Keep all packing materials, including the pallet, in case of return.
DAMAGES
Inspect the packaging of your items upon arrival. Note any damages when accepting the delivery and contact us immediately.
ADJUSTING YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
For adjustments or alterations to the shipping address, contact us immediately.
OUTSIDE THE USA / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not ship outside the USA at this time.
